Now, before I dive in, here’s a disclaimer so you don’t come for my choice. I am not a music lover, but if something sounds nice, I appreciate it. With that in mind, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed Bridgerton’s soundtrack. Hearing the string rendition of some of my favorite songs (and some I just thought were ‘meh’) did something to my insides.
From Madonna’s “Material Girl” to Ariana Grande’s “Thank You, Next” I was transported to another time… but not (that makes sense in my head). The music added a whole new layer to the show’s drama and, of course, it somehow ensured that the love scenes made even more sense. Bridgerton‘s score was so good that I even caught myself Googling a few of the songs to find out where the tracks came from and was shocked at how many current hits there were, as opposed to old gems. Anyway, that’s my take on this, what’s your best soundtrack or score from a movie or TV show?
